By making a purchase with us you agree to the following terms. Please read them before placing any order.

All orders once placed are non-refundable.
You have checked your product isn't a pre-order, unless you are pre-ordering.
We verify order details and payments before construction and may need to contact you using the details you provide.
You can access your order anytime using the 'Orders' link found at the top of the page and providing the order number and pin which can be found in your order confirmation email.

All our products are handmade, one piece at a time, using natural, reclaimed or recycled materials. It is therefore quite difficult if not impossible to make identical items. Even though every effort is made to create only the best, there may be natural blemishes that should not be misconstrued as flaws. These are what make each piece of a handmade product charming and unique. The pictures may not be identical to the product you receive.
Materials used may differ from product page description and/or any images.

Packaging is made from recycled materials so may not always look perfect however great care is taken to make sure your creation is safe for transport
All products leave us in perfect condition. No returns are accepted unless incorrect item has been sent by us or your product contains manufacturing defect(s).
All timescales are estimated only. We cannot guarantee to have your creation with you at a specific time or date but we do out best to send every order out as quick as we can.
