Information WoodCreation may collect
WoodCreation may collect your name, email address, delivery details, billing details, order details, account details, messages, bespoke enquiry details, uploaded files, photos, drawings, measurements, review content, aftercare information, refund information and technical information needed to keep the website secure.
WoodCreation does not store full card details.
Why information is used
Information is used to reply to enquiries, prepare quotes, process orders, make and deliver products, provide customer accounts, handle messages, reviews, returns, repairs, refunds, complaints, privacy requests, business records, website security and legal obligations.
Bespoke files and photos
Customers may send photos, drawings, measurements, inspiration images or other files for bespoke work. Please only send content you have the right to use.
WoodCreation may keep bespoke files for as long as needed for the enquiry, order, aftercare, dispute handling, safety records or legal record keeping.
Customer photos, reviews or finished product images may only be used publicly where permission has been given.
Payments
Card payments may be processed by Stripe. PayPal may be added later.
Payment providers process payment information securely. WoodCreation does not store full payment card details.
Marketing
WoodCreation does not currently send marketing emails.
If marketing emails are added in future, WoodCreation will update this notice and provide a way to unsubscribe where required.
Service emails about orders, accounts, enquiries, delivery, refunds, privacy or legal notices are not marketing emails.
Cookies
WoodCreation currently uses essential cookies needed for basket, login, checkout, security and cookie preference functions.
WoodCreation can use optional first-party analytics when the analytics cookie category is allowed. This records page, product and article views and a rough time-on-page signal so the workshop can improve the site. Analytics data stays inside the WoodCreation platform and is not used for cross-site advertising profiling.
Who information is shared with
WoodCreation may share information with trusted providers where needed, including payment providers, delivery companies, website hosting, email services, IT and backup services, professional advisers, legal bodies, regulators or law enforcement where required.
WoodCreation does not sell personal information.
How long information is kept
Information is kept only for as long as needed. Different records may be kept for different periods, including enquiries, orders, accounting records, bespoke files, reviews, account records, security logs, complaints, privacy requests and aftercare records.
Some records may need to be kept for legal, tax, accounting, dispute, safety or fraud-prevention reasons.

You may have rights to ask for a copy of your personal information, correction, deletion in some cases, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent where consent is used.
