Delivery area
WoodCreation currently delivers within the UK.
International delivery may be considered only if agreed before purchase. Extra delivery costs, customs fees, import charges or local taxes may apply and must be agreed before the order is accepted.
Dispatch times
Most orders are handmade, made to order or bespoke.
As a general guide, many orders are dispatched within 7 to 14 days.
This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date, unless WoodCreation confirms a specific date in writing.
Larger, more detailed or more complex bespoke items may take longer.
Why dispatch times vary
Dispatch may be affected by product size, design complexity, material availability, workshop workload, finish drying time, bought-in components, customer approval delays or courier availability.
WoodCreation will try to keep customers updated if a delay is expected.
Delivery carriers
WoodCreation may use different delivery carriers depending on the item, size, weight, destination and service required.
Where tracking is available, tracking details may be provided after dispatch.
Delivery costs
Delivery costs will be shown at checkout where possible.
For larger, unusual, fragile or special-delivery items, WoodCreation may need to provide a separate delivery quote before accepting the order.
Checking your parcel
Please check your parcel as soon as it arrives.
If the packaging looks damaged, take photos or video before opening where possible.
If the item is damaged, keep the item, packaging and labels until the issue has been resolved.
Delivery damage
If your item arrives damaged, contact WoodCreation as soon as possible at contact@woodcreation.co.uk.
Include your order number, photos or video of the damaged packaging, photos or video of the damaged item and a short explanation of the issue.
Missed or failed deliveries
If delivery fails because incorrect information was provided, the parcel was refused or the parcel was not collected from the courier, extra delivery costs may apply.
