Rustic Log Jewellery Box

This jewellery box is handmade from fallen oak. Each log is selected by hand for its shape and unique features, then cut into several pieces. Each section is of a random size and angle to give the piece a much more rustic and unique finish. We then sand and polish each section, hollow it out and and mount it to the section below to give which looks like a complete uncut log the ability to be moved and opened to protect or display small trinkets.

This creation can be set in any way you like, have it closed, have the lid open, or why not set it into an open spiral for beautiful way to display your special jewelry and other small items. Each section is lined with felt to help prevent any damage to delicate items.

Width depends on log, height approx 300mm. Exact size can be requested on order placement

Please note when placing your items in this creation, heavier items should be placed at the bottom to help prevent tipping. You can customise this in any way, Simply add your request to the additional information box when placing your order. Some popular requests are shallow section for display rings, larger base for the ability to place heavier item on the top layers, and create a recess to hold a candle in the lid.
